- Please click on the link below to open a demo account. Demo account registration is free and available for 30 days from the date of registration. After application, customers without an a live account will be notified of their demo account password by e-mail. Customers who have a live accounts can log in from "Go to Demo Account My Page" in the upper right corner of "My Page" of the a live account. For free demo account opening please click here▼here .

▼Please click here for an inquiry form. - Starting from February 1, 2021, we have set the expiration date of the demo account to 30 days after the demo account creation date. Anyone can use a demo account for 30 days. In order to use the service for more than one month, the following two conditions are required. - Gold membership in an Level account - Demo account with continuous use settings from My Page.
Please note that while your account is being screened during the opening process, you will not be able to use your demo account until the screening is completed. - We wish to inform you in regards to the demo account that: Starting from February 1, 2021,
we have set the expiration date of the demo account to 30 days after the opening of the account.
- 30 days have passed since the demo account was opened.
- You don't have an live account, or your membership status for an live account is Regular or Silver In the above cases,
the demo account will not be available after the expiration date.
If you have live account, please check your status after logging in to My Page.
As long as you keep your Gold membership, you can continue to use your demo account.
To obtain a Gold membership, you are required to trade at least 500,000 USD a month in your actual account.

Customers who are currently applying for a live account and undergoing screening are unable to use a demo account. Please apply again for a live account using the link provided after your account has been approved.
Note customers obtaining their Gold memberships (trade volume of the previous month is 500,000 USD or more) in live accounts
can continue to use their demo accounts by making continuous use settings of their demo accounts within 60 days of opening the demo accounts.

For customers who have their own Live l accounts, please log in to My Page of your Live account and click the link "Go to Demo Account My Page" in the upper right corner of My Page
to log on to My Page of your demo account.

[1] Incorrect login information
To access "My Page" of demo account, please use your registered e-mail address and password.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct e-mail address and password.
The password can be found in the e-mail sent to you when you open a demo account.
Please review the e-mail with the following title.

If you do not know your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link at the lower part of login screen
and reset your password.
[2] Expiration date has passed.
Starting from February 1, 2021, we have set the expiration date of the demo account to 30 days after the demo account opening date.
For this reason, you will not be able to log in to My Page of demo account when 30 days have passed after opening your demo account.
Customers obtaining their Gold memberships (trade volume of the previous month is 500,000 USD or more) in a live accounts can continue to use their demo accounts by making continuous use settings of their demo accounts within 60 days of opening the demo accounts.
If you wish to continue using your demo account, please consider trading at least 500,000 USD per month in your live account. - Please reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" at the lower part of login screen.
- If you have been downgraded to Regular/Silver status and then back up to Gold, you are required to set up your demo account again
on "My Page" to make continuous use settings for your demo account.
After logging in to the "My Page" of the actual account, please go to the left menu "Account Management" > "Demo Account Continuous Use Settings" to set up once again.
You can use your demo account immediately after setup. - Leverages for demo accounts are the same as those for live accounts, with a maximum of 25x for FX and 10x for CFDs. Leverage (margin ratio) in FX differs for each currency pair. For more information, please click herehere
- CFD accounts are only available on Tokyo servers, so they are currently not available on TradingView.
- Funds in your demo account can be increased from the left menu "Deposit/Withdrawal -> Deposit" after logging in to "My Page" of your demo account. Funds can also be decreased from "Deposit/Withdrawal -> Withdrawal" in the same way.
- Demo accounts opened from "File" > "Demo Account Request" in MT5 are not demo accounts for OANDA. Please apply for a demo account of OANDA at the URL below.

To use our CFD demo account, you need to open a CFD sub-account for MT5 from the demo account's My Page.
Please note that for live accounts, you can use either MT4 or MT5 for CFD trading. - Our CFD demo account is only available on MT5. - There are several possible reasons why you may not be able to log in to MT5.
① There may be an error in the login ID, password, or server name input for MT5.
Please double-check your login ID, password, and server. The MT5 login ID is a 9-digit number that starts with 4000.
You can check your login ID in the demo account's My Page. After logging in to the demo account "My Page", please confirm the login ID listed in the "Subaccount List."
The password is the one you set when creating the MT5 account. If you need to reset your password, please log in to the My Page and proceed to "Manage Accounts" > "Change MT5 Password" to complete the procedure. After resetting your password, please try logging in with the new password.

② The demo account may have expired.
From February 1, 2021, we have set the demo account usage period to 30 days after account opening. Therefore, you will not be able to log in to the demo account's My Page after 30 days from account opening.
For customers who have a live account and are Gold members (monthly trading volume of USD 500,000 or more), you can continue to use the demo account by setting up continuous use within 60 days after opening the demo account. If you wish to continue using the demo account, please consider trading over USD 500,000 in your live account. - At our company's demo account, you can use automated trading(EA). If it still doesn't work after checking the page, please confirm that the automated trading is turned on. - The rates and spreads shown are only for the demo account. Please note that these are different from the live rates and spreads.
- Currently, an API is not available to customers who have registered only a demo account. If you have an actual account and meet the following conditions, you can use an API in your demo account. [1] Customers who hold Gold membership in Pro Course and an account balance of 250,000 or more [2] Those who agree to the terms of the API Agreement [3] Those who have expertise in designing and implementing programs Customers who meet the above requirements can use an API in their demo account by setting up continuous use of the demo account on My Page of the live account. - You don't need to apply for cancellation of your demo account. A demo account will be automatically become unavailable after 30 days from opening the demo account.
